We have a bunch of new books (fiction and non-fiction) ready! Stop by the library to pick up a book or two for the weekend!

It is already the new year and so much has happened…
Exciting changes are happening in the library! I will post some before and after pictures soon. But first, let me announce this years bookmark contest winners!

LOTS of new books should hit the shelves this week! If you are curious about what will be added to the library, scroll down and check out the “NEW STUFF!” on the left side of the screen.
Drop in Quilling club!
Create works of art with paper! It is easy to learn and fun to do. Drop in before school, at lunch, or after school, whatever is most convenient for you.
New games will be ready soon! You are welcome to sign out games to use during the lunch break or come and play before or after school.

The word search contest is coming to an end! The winner will be announced on Thursday, February 23rd.
There is still time to enter to win a prize! Pick up a sheet from the library and make sure to follow all the rules to be eligible for a prize.
The rules: name on top, write the number of words found (on top), cross the words off the front and write them on the back (you can attach a second sheet if you need more room)
Hint: you are looking for literary terms or book genres.
Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, February 22nd.
Pick up a form in the library if you are interested in joining the coding club.

Time: after school until 4:30 (you can leave before 4:30)
You can pick up your books on the last day of school, after lunch on awards day, or email Mrs. Harris to set up a different time. Books will be due back by the end of the first week of school in September.
